1. Overview
At MR.CELL STORE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase made through our online platform. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and cancellations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Please note that cash refunds are not applicable as we provide comprehensive product information and real images prior to purchase. However, we offer replacements or exchanges under the following conditions:
The request is made within 10 days of receiving your package.
The product is untacked (unused) and in its original packaging.
All original accessories are included in the return.
A valid proof of purchase (Order ID) and a legitimate reason for the return are provided.
3. Refund Process and Timeline
As per our policy, we do not issue monetary refunds. In the event that a return is accepted:
Replacement: We will exchange the item for the same model if a defect is reported within 10 days.
Store Credit: If the specific model is unavailable for exchange, we will issue Store Credit for the value of the item, which can be used for future purchases.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain costs associated with your order are strictly non-refundable:
Delivery Fees: All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Used Items: Products that have been opened, "tacked," or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is with the courier, it is subject to our exchange policy and delivery fees will apply.
6. Cancellation by the Company
MR.CELL STORE reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Stock unavailability.
Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
Suspicion of fraudulent transactions. In these rare cases, the client will be notified immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
7. Exchange or Rescheduling Policy
We are happy to facilitate exchanges under these terms:
Customer Request: If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, additional delivery charges will apply.
Defective Items: Must be reported within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, exchanges are no longer possible.
Completeness: All accessories must be included in the box to proceed with any exchange.
8. Late or No-Show Policy
If a customer is unavailable to receive the package at the scheduled delivery time, the courier may attempt redelivery. Repeated failed attempts due to customer unavailability may result in the order being returned to the store, and the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred for a new shipment.
9. Force Majeure and Unexpected Events
MR.CELL STORE shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, political instability, roadblocks, or courier service disruptions. We will always communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.
