2. Local Delivery Terms (Lebanon)

  • We deliver across all accessible regions within Lebanon.

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address and a reachable phone number.

  • Failed Delivery: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, our courier will attempt a redelivery. Repeated failed attempts due to customer unavailability may result in the order being returned to our store. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred for a new shipment.

3. International Delivery Terms

  • Currently, MR.CELL STORE does not offer international shipping. * Our delivery services are strictly limited to the territory of Lebanon. We do not ship to addresses outside of the country at this time.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Deliveries: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

  • International Deliveries: Estimated timeframes vary by destination and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Note: Delays may occur during public holidays or due to Force Majeure (e.g., political instability, roadblocks, or natural disasters). We will communicate any expected delays as soon as possible.

5. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Non-Refundability: As per our store policy, all delivery fees are strictly non-refundable and non-negotiable, even in the case of an exchange or return.

  • Exchange Fees: If you request an exchange for a different model (not due to a defect), additional delivery charges will apply for the exchange process.

6. Shipping / Courier Partners

We partner with reputable local Lebanese couriers and international logistics providers to ensure your package is handled professionally. While we vet our partners, MR.CELL STORE is not directly liable for the independent actions or delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Since we currently only ship within Lebanon, international customs duties and import taxes do not apply to orders placed on our website.

8. Proof of Delivery

  • A signature is required upon receipt of the package.

  • Customers must keep a signed copy of the delivery confirmation provided by the courier for their records and potential future claims.

9. Condition of Goods on Receipt

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect the external packaging upon delivery.

  • Defective Items: Any defects or issues must be reported to our customer support within 10 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be "untacked" (unused), in their original packaging, and include all original accessories.

10. Digital Services & Bookings

If you are purchasing a digital service, repair booking, or event-related service:

  • Confirmation: Payment and booking confirmations will be delivered via Email and/or WhatsApp.

  • Timeline: You can expect your confirmation immediately or within 24 hours of the transaction.

  • Service Deliverables: Timelines for technical services are estimates and depend on parts availability.
