  • Reservations are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or Email.

  • We reserve the right to prioritize bookings based on parts availability.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed on the website and are subject to change.

  • Payment: We accept various secure payment options for your convenience, including Credit/Debit Cards, Whish Money, and other methods clearly specified at the checkout stage.

  • Delivery Fees: As stated in our Return Policy, delivery fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

6. Event Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Products: We do not offer cash refunds. We offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is untacked and in original packaging.

  • Service/Event Bookings: Cancellations made by the client within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Backing up all data on devices before submitting them for repair services.

  • Service Deliverables: For technical or media services, timelines are estimates and may be affected by part availability or external factors.
